These terms apply to the Furiah’s Visuals website, your account on it, and the license to use the Furiah’s Visuals mod. Please read them before creating an account. If you don’t agree with them, don’t use the website or the mod.

Who we are
Furiah’s Visuals is run by OWNER_NAME, ADDRESS, COUNTRY (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at CONTACT_EMAIL.
What Furiah’s Visuals is
Furiah’s Visuals is a client-side, purely cosmetic Forge mod for Minecraft Java Edition 1.8.9. It changes only what you see on your own screen. It doesn’t send game packets, never draws anything through walls and never reveals anything the vanilla game hides.
The website presents the mod, lets you try a browser replica of the mod’s settings menu, and gives you an account to manage your license and downloads.
Furiah’s Visuals is not an official Minecraft product. It isn’t approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. You need your own legitimate copy of Minecraft Java Edition, and you must follow Mojang’s and Microsoft’s terms when you play.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission, to create an account.
- Give a working email address and keep your details accurate. Some features, like linking a Minecraft account, downloads and saving setups, need a verified email address.
- Keep your password secret and turn on two-factor sign-in if you can. You’re responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us right away at CONTACT_EMAIL if you think someone else has accessed it.
- One account per person. Accounts aren’t transferable.
- We may pause new sign-ups at any time.
Acceptable use
When you use the website, you agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- try to get into accounts, systems or data that aren’t yours, or probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission;
- get around, disable or interfere with our security features, including the captcha, rate limits and license checks;
- create accounts automatically, or overload the service;
- impersonate anyone, or mislead us about who you are;
- use the website to harass, spam or harm anyone.
The mod license
A license lets you use the Furiah’s Visuals mod. It is:
- personal: for you only;
- non-exclusive and non-transferable: you can’t sell, give, lend or share it;
- bound to your account and one Minecraft account (UUID), which you link in your panel;
- limited in time to the period of the plan you got, unless it’s a lifetime license, which has no expiry date.
You may change the Minecraft account your license is bound to once every 7 days, or at any time through support.
You may not:
- share your license, account or downloads with anyone, or let others play with your license;
- copy, redistribute, resell, rent or publish the mod, its asset packs or any part of them;
- decompile, modify, crack or reverse engineer the mod, or work around its license checks, except where the law expressly allows it;
- use the mod or its contents to build a competing product.
The mod and its contents are licensed, not sold. We keep all rights we don’t expressly give you.
Purchases
Buying a license isn’t possible yet. When purchases open, the price, what’s included, the duration and any taxes will be shown before you pay, and our refund policy will apply. Licenses don’t renew automatically unless the plan clearly says otherwise when you buy it.
Servers and other people’s rules
Furiah’s Visuals only changes how the game looks on your screen. Every Minecraft server has its own rules about which mods are allowed. It’s your responsibility to check and follow each server’s rules. We don’t promise that the mod is allowed on any particular server, and we’re not responsible if a server restricts or bans its use.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the website and the mod available and up to date, but we can’t promise they’ll always be available, error-free or compatible with every system, mod, resource pack or shader pack. We may change, add or remove features, and we’ll describe important changes in the changelog.
Ending your account or license
You can delete your account at any time from your panel.
We may suspend or close your account, or revoke a license, if:
- you break these terms, for example by sharing your license;
- we see fraud, abuse or a security risk;
- a payment is reversed or charged back.
We’ll tell you why, unless the law or a security reason stops us. A revoked license stays in your license history. If you think we made a mistake, contact us and we’ll review it.
Our content
The mod, the website, their design, code, text, images and the Furiah’s Visuals name and logo belong to OWNER_NAME or our licensors. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Other names belong to their owners. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely.
Disclaimers
We provide the website and the mod “as is” and “as available”, to the extent the law allows. We don’t give warranties beyond what these terms say and what the law requires. If you’re a consumer, this doesn’t affect your statutory rights, including your rights when digital content isn’t as described.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as liability for damage caused intentionally, or your rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you by email or on the website before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
